This is a frail attempt at answering your question posed to my group about "What amazing strategies did Adolf Hitler used for war?".

Adolf Hitler was a very influential person. During that time, the Jews sort of have the upper-hand and Hitler was not happy about it. It was hard for him to get a job and such. Hence, it was easy for him to reach out to the non-Jews because they too, feel that the Jews are "ruling" them. I think his powerful speeches is one of his amazing startegies for war. Well, he was successful in killing that many Jews without himself killing all of them. A feat that not many war masters can achieve.

martin luther king became a leader in the movement through his endless belief in the difference that he could make. this belief build trust in others, in him and his dream. therefore, with endless support from the people in his ability in making a change and his determination to strike the need for equality, he had followers and hence naturally became a leader in the movement with the votes of many.
